The pool was lovely, y'all. The staff were sweeter than peach cobbler, especially Rachida and Bhagya, who helped us find our way ‘round Lake Garda and Venice. Breakfast was a feast! Wish the spa was open, though. That jacuzzi in the room was a nice touch, bless your heart!

Comfortable rooms, convenient location, the hotel is situated near a bus route that provides easy access to the historic center and nearby attractions, making it perfect for exploring the area.

The location is perfect for exploring Verona, and the friendly staff enhances the experience immensely. We enjoyed the tasteful breakfast options, though the gym had limited access protocols. While the room was modern and clean, the noise from outside impacted our sleep quality at times.

Noise can be an issue, especially in some rooms that face busy areas, impacting sleep quality. The layout feels a bit confusing, particularly on the ground floor, making it hard to navigate to different areas like the pool. Limited English channels on the TV diminish the entertainment experience, since only a fraction provide any content you can enjoy. Lastly, the underground parking charges are a bit steep at €10 per day, which you might not expect at check-in.

Just a prime choice for short visits in Verona with good price-value balance. The staff were really helpful when I needed directions to the public transport. Avoid the underground parking if you have a larger vehicle.
